Abu Dhabi Plaza, Kazakhstan
Location: Abu Dhabi Plaza is a mixed-use development complex in the very center of Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. The tallest tower of Abu Dhabi Plaza at 311 metres is the tallest building in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
Commencement of Works: M/s Pamposh Started working at Project in the month of 19th July-2014.
Completion of Works: M/s Pamposh Completed given jobs in January-2021.
M/s Pamposh build 5 towers and retail podium over a basement car park.
BLOCK-R (Level-75 + 3 Level Crown)
Block -R Tower is 310 m- High and Including 75 storeys, It is the tallest Building in the Commonwealth of Independent states region, Lower Third Office and Upper two third Residential units.
M/S PAMPOSH CONSTRUCTIONS Team started the work in block-R From Basements B02 There was Doka hydraulic climbing system on Main Core. Various internal slabs, 2 staircases, 2 Lift Core, 75 floors composite slabs and Columns and 3 Sets of Outrigger levels consisting of SAS bar Installation and heavily reinforced concrete wall, All Concrete works with a very high specification as required by the Concrete.
BLOCK-H (Level-14)
4 Star Hotel With 190 Bedrooms and 100 Serviced apartments, 4 stair case, 4 lift shaft, The construction was started in 2 part , (H1&H2), and Every part was done By Pamposh team, Mr. ( Vinay Srivastava 900060) First Day on side was start in this under construction Building at Basements B03 at Dated 19 july 2014, Under the K Swami and other supporting staff Mr Ram balak & Mr. Manas.
BLOCK-O (Level-29)
Business centre Tower, Class A+ Office Building, 2 stair case with 2 lift shoft,
M/S PAMPOSH CONSTRUCTIONS team was Involved in construction of core wall, Inner Slabs, Composite slabs with Columns- Rebar, Shuttering, Concrete, screed, plasters, Tiels, Waterproof, pumps Foundations, and other Finishing works.
BLOCK-Y (Level-31)
A 31-storeys business centre office.
BLOCK-Z (Level-16)
The Residential Tower,
PCIP team involved on Constructions Like Core, Composite slabs, Columns, Inner slabs, 3 stair case, 2 Lift Shaft, Plaster work, Different type of Concrete tiles and other Finishing Works.
PODIUM (B-4+L2)
The 4 Levels of Basement and 2 level Podium (Ground Retail), Basements is a car parking with space to park more than 4000 vehicles, with Including Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Rooms , Pcip Team was involved for difference type of work Rebar, shutter, Concrete, Finishing Work Etc.
The plaza has been categorized into seven towers or blocks, including Tower-R, Tower-Y, Tower-O, a 29-level business centre; Block Z, a 16-level residential building; Tower H, a 14-level 4 Star hotel with 190 bedrooms and 100 serviced apartments and a two-level shopping mall.
Phases one and two of the project comprised Towers-Y,O,H and Block-Z Starwood Group operating the hotel tower under its Sheraton Brand.
UPTOWNTOWER
Project Specifications:
- Its first super-tall tower of mixed use development in Uptown Dubai district.
- Uptown Tower is a 78-storey mixed-use building including 6 floor basements.
- Uptown Tower is one of the Dubai's two super tall towers that anchor the ten million sq. ft. development.
- It contains 188 luxury hotel rooms and suites, high-end restaurants, health spas, conference facilities, grade A office, and 229 uniquely designed branded residences.
- A two-level central plaza on the podium includes coffee shops, restaurants, retail spaces and entertainment zones.
- It has premium 5-Star hotel will be operated by Accor Hotels, by the name of SO-Hotels

Pamposh is executing Tile Works in lobby, Hotel area & Residential Apartments. The size of tiles is varying from 25 x 25 mm to 1200 x 600 mm, Including Mosaic in Vanity, floor & Counter areas.Tiles from Italy/ France Supplied by M/s III, Glue & Grout is provided by Pamposh

Dubai Creek Harbour Development Phase- 3
A new six-million square metre mega-city taking shape at The Lagoons near the Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary on Dubai Creek.
Project Specifications:
- Dubai Creek Residences, a six tower apartment complex which should offer great views of Dubai Creek and the Dubai skyline.
- Dubai Creek Harbour has approximately 100 million sqft of future development
Engineering Contracting Company LLC. is the main contractor. Pamposhexecuting RCC along with formwork, steel R/f and other relevant works of 10 Building varies from 8th to 12th floors

Dubai Waste Management Centre
It’s one of the world's largest waste-to-energy plants to be built in a single phase by M/s BESIX and Hitachi Zosen Inova.
Project Specifications:
- The facility will process 1.9 million tonnes of municipal waste per year, produce approximately 200 MW of renewable electricity.
Belhasa Six Construction LLC. is the main contractor. Pamposh is executing Marble & Tiling work,

Serenia Living, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, U.A.E
Project Specifications:
- The project is situated on the west crescent of Palm Jumeirah.
- The project consist of 04 towers and huge podium.
- It consists of 226 apartments and penthouses including sky mansion.
- The project has an estimated budget of AED3 billion (USD817 million).
- It shall be completed in the 4th quarter of 2025.

Cuba Projects
Q24 (Hotel SOL_SON)
Project Details:
- Project start: DECEMBER 2021
- Project completion: MARCH 2024
- Arrival of Pamposh finishing team (12 workers): Jan 2023

CORONA HOTEL
It has 4 floors and 126 Rooms the Corona Project started in the year 2021 and Pamposh finishing team joined project from the month of April-2022.
The Corona is expected to finish by end of year 2023.
K-23
The project K23 Hotel construction will be the tallest hotel in Havana, and it is located in the central 23rd avenue, between K and L, in Vedado.
The K 23 Hotel building will have 42 floors and 565 rooms, the construction of project started in 2019 and finishing team of Pamposh joined the project in the year 2022.
The hotel intends to be five stars and should be finished by the begining of year 2024. It will be by far the highest in Havana, at 154 meters, higher than the 27-story Habana Libre, 70 meters high.
P 70 / GRAN MUTHU HABANA
It has spectacular sea views, it is set in a prime location in Havana.
The Gran Muthu Habana will have a buffet restaurant, which will be the first Indian restaurant of its kind in the city, which, together with other gastronomic spaces and the bars in the Lobby and pool, will offer a variety of culinary proposals.
P 70 Project started in of Year 2019 and is supposed to finish by end of year 2023, one part of the Hotel will be started soon by March-2023.

BARACUTEY - 61
Location: In continuation of Construction of Hotels Chain, Baracutey-61 is a secon Hotel which has been constructed in Pinselinin Beach of Ramon de Antilla, Province Holguin, Cuba.
Commencement of Works: M/s Pamposh Started working at Project in the month of November-2021 with a small team of 32 workers which has been increased upto 137 workers till date.
Completion of Works: Under Construction.
Habitation: Hotel has capacity of 680 Rooms (includes Suite Rooms) in 8 ( A, B, C, D, E, F, G & H) blocks.
ROCA NORTE
Cayo Paredón Grande is the name of a Cuban island located in the Jardines del Rey. The island, like many others in Cuba, bases its main economic activities around tourism, taking advantage of its numerous white sand beaches.
ROCA NORTE 1 :
It has 638 Rooms with 04 Swimming Pools.
Start Date of Project: 7th October 2019
Handover Date: September-2023.
ROCA NORTE 2 :
It has 656 Rooms with 03 Swimming Pools.
Start Date of Project: 26th April 2021
Handover Date: End of 2025.
PLANTA MODULAR ( POLE RAN )
Planta Modular is situated / established on a hill which is around 35 Kms. far from Baracutey-61 project. Planta Modular has the facility of fabrication of individual Hotel Rooms which includes Structural work, MEP, Finishing and furnishing works in the plant itself. Ready Rooms are being shifted through a logistic facility to the upcoming project (Baracutey-61 A) and assembled. Since May-2023, our workers have been engaged in the finishing work (Carpenters, Tilers and Painters) at Planta Modular. Planta Modular is being established for keeping in view that future projects in Ramon de Antilla shall be constructed with the support of Planta Modular.
In this We have to Do the Production of 9000 Rooms.
HOTEL CHAPELIN TAÍNOS
BBI has started a new project named HOTEL CHAPELIN TAÍNOS in Varadero.
The project comprises of :
- 15 Storied
- 600 rooms Divided in
- Zone A-13 floor,
- Zone B-15 floor,
- Zone C-14 floor including lobby.
METROPOLIS
Metropolis project is currently underway, which is located in Old Havana.
The hotel has a total of 10 floors and having 216 bedrooms.
Lobby, bar, restaurant, and gym Build at Level 1 to Level 3. A swimming pool is also on 9th floor.
This project was started on July 2019 and Target to finish in December 2023.
PIYB
P1YB is one of the biggest projects in Havana, which is currently under construction.
The project have a total of
32 floors, with gym, spa, bar and lobby and restaurants from level 1 to 4, and having total of
520 rooms from level 4 to level 32.
A swimming pool will also built on the 29th floor.
Project was started on
June 2022 and tentative target to finish on
July 2024.
Q-21(B) (Hotel COCO CARIBE)
Project Details :
- Project start: July 2019
- Project completion: July 2021 (project has been delayed because of COVID and non-availability of cement)
- Arrival of Pamposh finishing team: October 2021.

Hotel Oasis H 1 Varadero
The Hotel OASIS H-1 VARADERO* is with beautiful aerial views, this huge 531-room Hotel is 20 minutes from varadero Airport. It has 6 restaurant.2 bars, 2 swimming pools including buffet, It also offers a gym.
PAMPOSH finishing team has joined project in September-2022 Project Will be handed over to client in September-2023.
